Dear Cocci Study Group Member,
This letter is a call for papers for all presenters for the 7 th International Coccidioidomycosis Symposium to be held at Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA, on August 10-13, 2017. Details regarding Registration, Hotel, Restaurant, Travel Grants, Banquet and other information may be found in the months to come at the coccistudygroup.com website.
The CSG Board of Directors has approved a four-day meeting. All of the oral presentations will be presented by invited speakers, and the order of the agenda is virtually set. These presentations run all day with two exceptions: Aug. 10 morning is scheduled for workshops, and Aug. 13 ends at noon. More details will be available later. All abstract submissions will be presented in poster format at the meeting. The process of abstract submission, review and approval will be the same as last year in all other respects.
Abstracts may be sent now to the coccistudygroup.com website for the main scientific session. Abstracts will be forwarded to the Program Committee for review. You will receive a response regarding a decision for presentation at the meeting by the end of June, 2017. Abstracts are open for submission from February 1 till June 30, 2017. Posters will be presented on two days by category of research. Group I posters present August 11, and Group II posters present August 12. Details about Group assignment and duration of display will come later.
All abstracts must be in Times New Roman, 12 font, single-spaced to fill one page (approximately 350 words). Title and Subheadings (in capitals) are required for all abstracts as follows: TITLE, INTRODUCTION, METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS.
